Divya Sahu

Divya Sahu is currently a graduate student in Bioinformatics in the Institute of Information Science at Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan. Her primary research work focus on the analyses of genome wide microarray and high-throughput transcriptomic data to discover novel therapeutic bio-markers for the neuroblastoma intervention. She obtained her Master in Bioinformatics in 2011 at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, India and worked as a Project Assistant at Department of Biological Sciences in Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Kolkata, India. She has been awarded with a prestigious Taiwan International Graduate Program Fellowship from Academia Sinica, Taiwan, to pursue her Ph.D. study under the supervision of Dr. Hsuan Cheng Huang. She has also received the best poster presentation award for her work on the topic lncRNA co-expression network in neuroblastoma at 2015 Asia-Pacific International Symposium of Neuroblastoma.
